If I may ask - how "potent" is this compared to cigarettes with regards to the nicotine content?

When you switch to vaping you want to switch 100% and not return to "stinkies" ever so it's critical that you don't find yourself without a battery or e-juice.

You can get away with one starter kit and charge the battery overnight while you sleep. You will want at least 4 of the little 10ml bottles of juice to start off with.

Once you realise that vaping is the way forward and everyone gets used to you not smelling all the time you will want to get another unit and if you are like me you will also want to experiment with various other options.

So yes you can get away with one unit but you will want a second in a very short space of time... and compared to stinkies it is certainly cheaper if you don't become a vaping lunatic like I have. I guess I'm so into it because I have smoked stinkies for over 40 years and feel like I have a new lease on life and feel a whole lot better than when I smoked analogs. :blue-biggrin:

Another tip... you can buy the Green Smoke range that look like real ciggies at some tobacconists and some Spars. Buy the Red Label cartridges. These are nice to keep in the boat and car and just as a spare should you find yourself running out of juice or batteries but they are too expensive to use all the time and not as satisfying as normal vaping.

Just my feed back: My Fiance bought the Greensmoke and I've tried it. A cartridge last slightly longer than a packet of 20's and the battery quite a bit longer. Depends how hard you suck. It does work out slightly more than normal siggies to start with, but they have some good deal on packages and you can order online: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.greensmoke.co.za/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.greensmoke.co.za/</a><!-- m --> Rather get the one where you get two batteries. Can be charged with USB (so, you can charge on PC, car, etc.).
As for stop smoking, can't say, as we both were not ready to stop, but are seriously considering it. I must get my own kit, so I'm following Rob's write up as well.

Forgot to say. the Greensmoke is a compact unit. Just two parts. the battery and the self contained cartridge. If the cartridge is empty, just screw on a new one.
