Pics in Forum

Hi Guys and Girls

Please can I ask that if you are going to post pictures in the forum area that you resize them before linking to them so that it does not distort the layout of the website, If they do, I will in future ask you to remove them. I would also appreciate and prefer if everyone would rather upload the pictures to the BFSA gallery and link to them there rather than off site. Thanks guys. :blue-smile:

Didn't know that we could link to pics in the BFSA gallery from the forums, I'll definitely do so in the future. I'm pretty sure that I remember reading somewhere that pics in forums should be located externally on Photobucket etc.

Boet are you smoking my stash? Where did I mention I don't want pics in the forum? I just asked for them to be put in the gallery as well esp if you want to link to them?

It is better to link it from the BFSA gallery, if it is linked via e.g. Photobucket or any other site and it is removed from that site it will also disapear from the our forums.

As for the size, cannot agree more!

What is the correct size??? And to what gallery should we upload them? I am just asking because you surely dont want small fish and stuff like I posted on the crab in the gallery but they still make a reportback fun? :blue-biggrin:

425 pixels wide fits the forum perfectly and doesn't distort the page.

if you run a high resolution on your display and you are using correct board style (not sure what its called but it expands according to your res) there is space for much bigger pics
