Blue Water Gear Product(s) Update

Hi Everyone,

A quick product update from Blue Water Gear.

We have had a lot of requests to add additional lb rating's to our Maji Kamba Range, so the following has been added as requested:

- 60lb 300M spools (Army Green) 0.40mm Dia
- 60lb 600M spools (Army Green) 0.40mm Dia
- 100lb 300m spools (Army Green) 0.55mm Dia
- 100lb 600m spool (Army Green) 0.55mm Dia

We have just had a fresh batch of Roho Kamba 100% Fluorocarbon lines come in, so stocks are replenished after our first batch flew out of the stores at a rapid rate.

Our Swimjig range of colours is growing and are available in the following sizes:

- 3/8oz
- 1/2oz
- 3/4oz

- The Bruiser

A BlueGill swimjig is in the pipeline and will also be released soon.

We have received numerous enquiries regarding custom Swimjigs. We are able to facilitate these custom orders, however they need to be placed through our valued stockists. There is a minimum order of 10 jigs of the same colour on custom orders.

I want to get myself a early as gift (GF is buying me fot xmas hahaha) the Roho kamba and Maji kamba line. Im thinking of 10lb for roho mainly for texas and mojo rig and 30lb for Maji mainly for popper and cranks. Is it the best line choice or must i rethink the line size on either?

Hi Jackels,

10lb or 12lb is good for Texas and Mojo. I then use either 20lb or 30lb on my crankbait rod.

If you are fishing the lighter poppers I would then lean more towards the 20lb braid if it is braid that you prefer for this application.

Thanks webbrent only use braid on the popper because most my big fish takes on it haha... And dont want to loose it.

The BWG site as well as the Ol' Big Mouth site says "Stock not available" :frown:

Any idea when stocks will be replenished?
