Hi,

I have 3 baitcasters that require a service. Any advise on where to take them in/around Bellville area? 1 Shimano, 1 Diawa, 1 Abu.

Service the Shimano, give the Diawa away and give the Abu to the cat to play with........!
Only joking, for fear of retribution and witchcraft from owners of such reels.
Why dont you service them yourself?

G,if you have not done this before, dont try unaided !! If you want, pull in to my place and I will set up a table (to catch all the tiny pieces you are going to drop ) and we can service them..it is quite easy once you have done a few.

Oil on the bearings once you have soaked and cleaned them and grease on the gears. Silicone oil works nicely as well as on the level wind. Have fun.

Awesome! You don't even have to service the Shimano! :blue-biggrin:
