I just have to let my frustration get out somewhere!!
I posted a thread a while back about my Smoke giving me some issues. Got some suggestions, then finally decided to send it to Apex Walker to be fixed. I sent them an e-mail requesting their address etc. and after a week of not getting a reply, I decided to give them a call.
So last week Tuesday I sent my reel to Apex Walker via Speed services. I phoned Apex on the Thursday giving them the tracking number as I saw on the net that my parcel was sitting at their Post Office.
Yesterday morning I checked again, only to see that my reel has not been collected yet :blue-mad: I phoned them again, and the lady said she'll find out what's going on, and then phone me right back... Still hasn't phone me :blue-evil:
So, I just checked on the net again, and yes, my reel is still at the Post Office!!!
How's that for customer services!!!???
