2000 Posts

After 8 years I have reached 2000 posts and it has been an amazing journey I have made life time friends and 1 or 2 enemies along the way :blue-badgrin: lol

I have learnt more an achieved more through BFSA than I could have ever imagined. Some of my posts have been informative some not so much :blue-biggrin: .

I discovered some of my earlier post a while back and I must admit I have come a long way not only from a fishing point of view but a better grasp of the English language I am a boertjie afterall.

Thanks for starting something great Shane Crause aka Bassmaster and thanks to the guys that have kept it going over the years you know who you are.

And to you Bass addicts that are here day after day it has been a jol!!!! :eusa_dance:

It's not just that... the whole competitive scene kinda stops the forums because any info given on the forums is used and any spots and techniques mentioned are murdered. Didn't worry me when I was a social fisherman but the last year has been my first real competitive year and I need every advantage I can get when fishing against all these chaps who have fished their whole lives...

It seems to have paid off because I have made the Natal team for nationals, the inter-provincial team for the Vaal and also the Matabeleland vs Natal compo. :eusa_dance:

I know where you are coming from Rob...once you hit the seriously competitive scene it becomes a strain to do a report back with details...that can used against you in a court of...eh I guest a fishing comp... :eusa_shhh:

Yip Sharing and Caring used to rock... but then I wondered why everytime I went fishing there were eight million boats on each of my spots and no more fish there! :?

Shot Roy for your contribution. I know I had you a bit hot under the collar with your beloved Stoooomers and there performances but hey when if it comes to sharing and caring you are right up there that's for sure.
