I'm struggling to pickup this GPS Coords on Google Earth. Any idea?
Easy as pie: 

Find your intended location. Drop a pin onto the exact spot. Name the pin what you want to. The co ords will be shown in the box. 
Or, once you've dropped a pin on the location and saved it, right click on the pin then properties. It'll open the same box and show you the co ords (latitude/longitude), like this:

Or if you really want to get technical, you can save the pin location by right click, save as (...into a folder on your pc of choice). Then, once you have all the saved waypoints, you can use GPS Babel (free software off the 'net) to convert it to any format your favourite gps finder uses and upload into that unit (as in convert google earth format i.e: kml or kmz files to Garmin format, Navman, Tom Tom etc - even fish finder formats... But thats another lesson all on its own)
