My name is...sounds like the AA....Herman. Stay in Kempton Park with wife and 2 kids, drive 4x4's for a living and some other stuff to keep me busy.

I am new here and also new to certain aspects of bass fishing. That's why I joined to get some help. I do not believe in reinventing the wheel so I ask.

Do bass with flyrod, Deep sea Sport, dive, rock and surf and little papgooi. I like water and because I am dik, I float. Most fun is yellow on the flyline in the vaal and orange river.

Well because my son [almost 18] are driving me nuts I will need advice on bassboat, and the rigs as out of 5 shops visited today I got NO help. So tomorrow off to extreme fishing, see if they want my money.

Been lurking and I like what I see and hope to contribute.

Welcome to the site Engel. You have come to the right place. Gather as much info as you can before you part with cash. Buy the best you can afford otherwise you will lose money when you start upgrading. Important to keep things simple in the beginning and not to go overboard.
