Hi there.
I've booked my December holiday from 6-13 Dec in Margate. My in-laws live in PMB, where I will visit them afterwards. Is there anyone who can help me with a few nice fishing spots in these areas? I will bring my float tube with, but not sure if I will be able to fish Aberts and Shongweni from my tube as I did in the past (after reading some Msinsi reports.)
I've read about some nice farm dams, the Paddocks or something, will I be able to fish them, or do you have to get very special permission or something???

Ernst and Baardbek are probably your best bet insofar as it concerns the south coast.

PMB also have quite a few farm dams in the area but special permission will be required - rather pay the R30 odd to get a day registration for your float tube and fish Alberts.

Hi Phalabass. I live in pmb and know of a few dams you can fish on your tube.Alternatively You could probably hitch a ride on my boat with me at Nagel dam.You could use your floattube there but I wouldn't advise it.I have seen a massive E-Type handbag there.

Ernst, you should join us at the TBC comp at Klerkskraal the first weekend of November. Should give you a nice break from unpacking.
