Just to let you Bett Gp anglers know that there will be a Tournament as previously scheduled at Roodekoppies on the 1st June 2013. It has been saved and will continue. The anglers have voted in a Committee and we are going to run a NON profit tournament trail. More prize money for the anglers and plenty to come.New name and new management!!!

The monthly competitions will continue under BASS ANGLER ELITE SERIES. New Account
Banking details being sorted by the committee.
Also planning on fishing one extra venue given we have 'Missed " one tournament.
TV coverage for next years tournament is on the cards where the sponsors should get their slot coverage. :blue-cool:

this is great for the Bett series and all the anglers, but there already is a tournament series running in WC by that name
western cape bass anglers elite series
hope this doesn't cause issues later.

howsit Hawkeye, I don't think it will be an issue, if anything the name ELITE SERIES in Jhb could also bring attention to ours here so don't stress too much about it. Our series is also a non profit tournament and is only for the benefit of our anglers. good luck with the venture.

That sounds great Brenden and is in line with our thinking. We had raised the thought of incorporating other Provinces ie Cape :blue-idea:
