Took a gamble and started planting crops on wednesday and was Looking at weather forecasts for the coming week.

Stumbled on this website and looks if it has a lot of weather info that can help me planning my activities on the farm an definitely plan my fishing excursions...

Ja Dellas, that's Kobus Botha's site - been around a while and still one of the best. Pity you didn't pick up all the links to it some time back on here. Good luck with your planting.

Hmm, interesting site. It looks to me like its a more "general" forecasting website as it gathers its info from dedicated weather sites or just links you onto their respective pages.

There are a whole bunch of websites that you could use for dedicated weather info. The likes of yr.no, windguru, wunderground.com, saweather.co.za etc are general forecasting sites, much the same as this one. The nice thing about this site is that it gives you satellite images with wx info overlaid - nice neat feature, but again for general forecasting.

The websites that are specific to a particular region or area, are unfortunately a paid for service.

Upper Air soundings (these might be a tad confusing at first, but keep the link and google skew-t grams and you’ll find a document on how to read them)
