What a weekend ...opening of RWC,Clanwilliam comp....only a few sleeps and the taste of lamb choppies,red wine,ice cream and brandy...oh,and there is some 'ahsome' fishing coming up...we just don't know how priviledged we are to have such a venue and such a good crowd of guys ....GOOD LUCK all...tight lines.Oh,and leave a little chocolate under mommy's pillow (Bergie,don't just leave the wrapper and blame the dog ) with a soppy hand written note...you know...missing you (as if you are !)...love you lots...You know the drill... It buys a whole lot more fishing time ! :blue-biggrin: :blue-lol:

I better learn something from you old timers here! I've been in Sun city for the last three days on business after only getting back from JHB last Saturday. I get home at 23H30 this evening and leave for Clan at 13H30 tomorrow. I think chocolate might not do the trick maybe a carrot or two or is that a carat or two :blue-biggrin:

I'm blessed with a real Doll of a woman and she don't mind me fishing hell she joins me more often than not.

I can't complain..well maybe.."her inside really is great" (and so am I for that matter :blue-biggrin: )....she has been putting up with!!! ...sorry she's been great these last 45 years...bloody hell I need another scotch.... :blue-biggrin: FORTY FIVE YEARS....no wonder I was going bald at 21...... :blue-biggrin: AND no wonder I drink so much...blame her.... :blue-badgrin: :blue-lol: ...for those that know my wife she's dynamite in a small package...and a great wife/friend/mother and companion, also a good cook, from years of me training her...and she loves me out of the house when it's fishing time...what more can a man want....Except more scotch... :blue-badgrin: :blue-biggrin: :blue-lol:

I think the fishing will be moderate this weekend at Clan, there will be good bags, but not as many as everybody expects.
