Hooking a name to a frog to sell it...I have never ever seen footage of KvD fishing frogs or even try to fish frog, no articles or anything and now suddenly he is designing the best frog in the world ....Sound like the ANCYL that knows everything about the mining sector if not even one of them is working for a living !

OT once you find a frog or any lure that works for you all the time,you shut your trap.
You only give info on lures that works for you now and then,lesson I learnt.
KVD is raking in money and he probably deserves it.
I dont believe that it is his go to frog!

spro frog sales must be down....so they added KVDs name to it...next there will be a video on yotube on some small lake with hungry bass blowing up on it...and we all know what comes after that.

cbc what happened to the caring and "sharing" part of this site? and people say but i dont add any value...seems like gone are those days...then you get told you have to pay to add value and get restricted access from all your info....eeeish

cbc one thing i have learnt about bass fishing...you can tell people anything including what you are using but only once you have learnt the art of bass fishing will you ever be able to apply it...i have seen it on many occassion where people spend hundreds yes hundreds of thousands of rands on bass fishing equipment...lures...boats...fish finders...and still cant catch nice fish "consistantly". your lure or technique shouldnt be the be all and end all of bass fishing...there is a lot more to bass fishing than a lure...rod...fishing finder...they are just tools to make the experience more comfortable.

...there isnt much is there? With the Strike King $7 and Spro $8 there is not much difference there either.

dont let my comments stop you from contributing to the site...this is what happens when you dont get to fish anymore...you get very cranky...and some people think that bass fishing is only about catching fish...well wait till you dont get to fish...you thought giving up smoking was difficult...try giving up bass fishing...even my wife is complaining... maybe i should go fishing this weekend and lighten up. :blue-biggrin:

cbc...people like you add value to a website with real information not just cut and paste info you found somewhere...your information is valueable and thats why people take the time to join an read...even if it means as an alsias...if you are worried people are using your information against you and it is affecting your ability to win then you should stop sharing or stop fishing competitively

i must also say something else...i am a memeber of other sites and even contribute to the site without anyone even knowing and the reason i do it is to stop personal conficts...it happened where i contributed for years not just months...then decided one day to register under my own name within a couple of months i had to excuse myself due to personal conflicts and not adding value to the site...so maybe some people have good reason...not to identify themselves...so long as they keep within the rules of the site ...i dont see a problem.

i wish i could...unfortunately last week i was asigned the biggest contract i have ever worked on and have to tire up some loose ends in durban before i leave...well first pass the medical on monday and if i do will be leaving the following week...it involves the lastest technology in cogeneration power plants...will only know the details at induction next week.

the upside...the first project will be just down the road from geodertrouw dam...mmmm so who knows...with spring coming up....this actually just dawned on me as i was typing this thread.

A tip when using these frogs,
You don't have to use them on surface only.Try submerse them in the water,press some air out,suck up a bit of water,get just the right amount of water in,hay presto-you have a suspending frog,that when you twitch while taking in the line,it give a more natural movement of a padda going to the surface,I get alot more strikes this way. :blue-biggrin:
