Renosterkop Access

Hi All,

Has anybody done the road from Rusties to Renosterkop? On GE it looks like there is a road that takes you straight into the top end of the dam from that side. Just wonder if anybody is launching from that side....it is hell of a lot shorter than going all the way around.

As far as I know the northern banks of Rhenosterkop is in a conservancy and access could be a problem? I have always approached it from the Bronkhorstspruit road. Sorry can't help. :blue-doubt:
