Second Slip-weigh basscasters fish off and I was off at about 6:15 am..

Have had good outings lately with surface lures so stuck with the plan of pinpoint casting to the target area,hopefully getting the reaction and then moving to the next spot....only 2 maybe 3 casts to the area and then move... If they are gonna hit a surface lure in a specific area 3 casts is plenty...( My experience anyway)

System worked and I had a 4 kg bag before 10am... Tried a bit of plastic baits but felt that I had to power fish to up the bag weight..
Alternated between spinner baits(purple & chartreuse) and purple jigs...covering as much water as possible..Managed to increase the bag weight to 5,18kg...Plus minus 25 fish landed but could not find the big kicker...

Fortunately it was enough and I secured first prize bag weight and biggest fish... Great day and many thanks to all who attended.

What areas are working on top water at inanda ? I have found the area with reeds near the mad house is working as well as the spot opposite the sticks past taxi bay !!
