This post has got nothing to do with the rightness or wrongness of the Bombassmar pics I posted - I may very well have been wrong in posting the pics because I just didn't see the harm in it (there was certainly no harm intended) . . . and on the other hand you may have just been seeing ghosts where there were none to see. but like I said, that is another debate or discussion altogether.
I have got a phone as well as a PM address. If you feel I have erred, then by all means phone me or drop me a PM . . . as far as I'm aware, we aren't on non speaking terms.
Where do you get off on a public forum with "WAC x 2" which I presume stands for "What a cunt x2" and "Bunch of wankers"
I've seen you "attack" like this on a good few occasions in the past and I feel it's about time that someone pointed out to you that it's quite uncalled for on an open forum like this.
Not only is it uncalled for, I don't think you realize the danger you are putting yourself in. You may feel comfortable and "bulletproof" sitting at your PC . . . possibly with a few toots in as well spurring your bravado - but like the guy giving the driver of another car the finger . . . you have got no idea who you are dealing with. What are you going to do when that humble looking guy you decided to "bully", happens to be some karate expert, high on crack - or maybe a member of the 26's who has just been released after a 15 year jail term - full of hate for the world and just waiting for some pathetic little twat who thinks his car is a super shield that protects him by deflecting bullets.
The point is, you may believe you are at liberty to say what you like from behind the protective shield of your internet browser, but I feel that seeing as we are not on non speaking terms (as far as I know), I can, in a civil manner, make you aware of the fact that you are most definitely not. You have got no idea of who you may be dealing with. You may think you are dealing with a "bullyable" individual because he may be soft natured, aged, smaller than you . . . the normal bully target . . . but you have in fact got no idea what mental case, drug addicted thug, could be on the receiving end of your abrasive rudeness.

Thank you for your informative post. I too have a number and a pm, so you are welcome to call me anytime too to discuss it.
That being said you obviously realise the sensitivity of pre fishing at the moment from the other thread and your funny post about kwaggas is just not funny.
The C is for chop. Have you not seen the advert?
I will be the first to apologise if I believe I am in the wrong, but I believe am am not. Naturally there will be a flurry of people taking sides om this and posting theit views, all of which will just turn this into more mud slinging.
Whilst I do appreciate funny non sensical humour, I do not see the point of your other post and others may just. Hence my reply to you.
I'm sure you will agree that at least I say what I think and I do not hide behind my pc.
Thanks again for the post. Let's leave this up to the rest of the followers to continue the slander etc.
One last thing: don't forget that thanks to the guys that support regionals, you get the bigger spin off in the game if fishing and we are the ones that pay for it. So perhaps some gratitude needs to be given to them before you post silly things for them about pre fishing.

No problem. I understand my post may well be seen as"unfunny" to some while in my head, from the electronics I saw on (name withheld)s boat I am gobsmacked that anyone can see the pics I posted as anything to be taken seriously. If I did let it be known where the fish really came out, I would then really have been a "chop".
Like you said . . . there will be those in my camp, and those in yours . . . and as I don't want this thing turning into another "Applethwaite Gate" skandaal, I gracefully bow out from this topic . . . .
and as pissing competitions erupt too quickly and too often of late, on this BFSA site, this will be my last posting. (beside the pics I will repost on monday, just so those who missed them can see how stupid this issue was)
To the friends I've made, I'll see you on the water . . . and to the "not so friends", I'm getting on in years and the short time I've got left on this earth is not going to be wasted in pissing competition.

Bomb, I do not care what you post on BFSA with regard to fishing, pre fishing or whatever. Martin has no right to try and make you remove the post, in fact no one does. I call the shots around here, yes I am the big bad asshole who makes the rules.
Please post your images again with as much details as possible about how you caught the fish, where you caught them and at what depth you caught them.
If people are going to try and squash posts on my website because of their competitive fishing they can get stuffed. It is a free forum and you can post what you want. If this type of intimidation happens again I will make sure I go pre-fish all the waters bfore a comp and post all the details here.
Suck on that people who think they can control BFSA, the posts that are made and the waters we fish.

Just something everyone can maybe just think about....
what if the post in question was a total newbie to the site and to the sport and had the chance to go fishing at a said spot. Then they post their report back without any knowledge about the comps... would the reaction still have been the same?? The newbie would think that he is being flamed with no knowledge of why and probably never visit the site again??
If someone who is NOT fishing the KBT fished a spot a day or two before a comp and made a report I would do nothing about it. Or should I say I can't do anything about it. That is the way it is. It would more than likely just mess with peoples already planned strategy's. hahahahahaha It may not sit well with some people if the person does know about the comp but again, nothing I or we can do about it.
BFSA does not control any waters in South Africa and we are not about to try tell people who can fish where and when. Or if they can or cant do a report about it because of a comp. It's part of the sport and a part of BFSA. YES WE SHARE INFO. Deal with it.
I think we should all go fishing on Friday... maybe kwaggas... who is with me??? just kidding... keep your shit together!! :blue-badgrin:

Aha, that's always been my gripe with only selected people being forbidden to pre-fish a certain period. This makes this law an ass as there are many other anglers who may legally go fish and I'm sure it happens big time which throws this transparency right out the window.....with the bathwater and the baby!

No Shamwari... it's not time to lurk... it's time to get rid of the people who have so much to say all the time like they own the sport, venues, lures tactics etc. And try and make kak here on BFSA. Their time is over... mine is just starting again. Time to put people in their places.
