Online Weather Station - Ninja - 09-22-2010 We recently had some renovations done to our offices here in Westville, Durban. The renovations included a R10m "Greening" exercise, we now have wind turbines on the roof which constantly charge our back-up power supply and excess power is fed back into the main line for which we get paid by the local authority, we catching rain water which is used for toilets etc, solar power provide all our heat, there is low energy lights and conditioning in the building that switches off automatically if you leave the room, the carpets are biodegradable, you can eat the paint if you are hungry and, and, and. Why I'm I telling you all of this? Because in addition to the greening we also installed a very nice weather station on the roof.
