with the rain we had over the weekend.the levels has change with temp ect.

when will be the best time to go and fish and why?

You can fish any day as long as the wind allows you, that is if you are fishing off a boat.
Fishing is tough from now on, no matter what others say, with cold fronts coming in 2 a day.
The bass still has to eat and Cape waters dont chill as much as up north, so be patient and slow down, watch out for cloudy conditions and then fish the shallows early morning.The clouds keep the air temp. stable thru the night.

All of that Froggy and DT16 in 8-12ft water,DT10 in 6-8ft, DT7 in the shallows.
Get it down to the bottom quickly and then slow it down keeping it hitting the bottom!!

I dont understand why some makes call their worms floating, cause they dont want to float in the water I use. I mean float on top ,not slowly sinking!!
Powerbait's floating worm actually FLOATS.
I use it in grass and lilypads instead of frogs and the take is more gentle but the hookset is better.
Robfisher should be able to help us to get more stock.
