Riprap 41km is better than the 141km to inanda and even the 1.5mil m3 is better than the .05 mil m3 farm dams and a pubic dam where I fish any time is better than nagging a farmer to fish his dam and I will be able to use my boat on it I think..

That's true but make sure you befriend the locals right from the start!
By the way, it's 41km straight line, don't know about the road. There is a main gravel road which leads into that area and the contractors would have built an acess road.

We will have to see what happens here as nothing is guaranteed ,don't know how and when and if someone is going to put bass into it and if anybody is allowed near it.
