Can anyone please tell me where I can find Harties boat launching sites that are open to the public, and relatively safe for leaving the car/trailer behind?
I don't know the dam at all well, but if possible I want to find a suitable site as close as possible to Midrand.
Any info, and if possible basic driving directions, will be greatly appreciated .

Go to Magaliespark golf course, chalets and day facilities available

You can go to Meerhof, just make sure you have your valid COF and skippers with you otherwise you wont be allowed to enter with your boat.

We always host our club comps from Meerhof Club. He discounts us Bass guys. Just have all your paper work in order, because he checks everything.
